Since 2019 our Bristol team has been the heart of Snap Analytics consulting, delivery and commercial operation. It’s our HQ, where new ideas are born, major initiatives are driven, and cross-team collaboration thrives. From Bristol our teams work closely with colleagues across the globe to shape our strategy, refine our methodologies, and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Start your journey by building strong foundations in data and analytics. Analysts focus on delivering individual tasks, developing core skills in a primary technology, and contributing positively to their teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from senior colleagues and mentors, and actively participate in internal knowledge sharing.
Our consultants confidently deliver development work with minimal guidance. You’ll deepen your expertise in your chosen technology, begin learning additional tools, and contribute to upskilling others through internal training and knowledge sharing. You’ll be building commercial awareness alongside your technical capabilities.
Senior Consultants shape solutions and support project planning while owning relationships with senior client stakeholders. You’ll bring expert knowledge in key technologies, guide and mentor team members, and manage larger or multiple project teams. You’ll also have responsibility for driving internal initiatives and contributing to broader business outcomes.
Principal Consultants lead the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities to designing solutions and closing contracts. You’ll be responsible for commercial growth, managing high quality project delivery, and acting as a thought leader representing Snap through industry engagement opportunities. This level plays a key role in developing people, shaping our future and driving new business.
Delivery Directors lead large-scale enterprise data programs from initial discovery to successful delivery and take ownership of commercial growth by managing workshops, bids, and client accounts. You serve as a senior advisor, setting strategic direction, overseeing risk, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you build and guide high-performing teams, mentor senior consultants and managers, set delivery standards, and provide thought leadership in data and analytics architecture within the modern data stack.

We embrace agile working, which means you can choose to work from home, in the office, or a blend of both—depending on your role and what works best for you and your team. We want our team to feel empowered and supported in finding the right balance between collaboration and flexibility.
We don’t have fixed working hours for most roles, unless specifically stated in the job description. Our agile working policy empowers you to choose when you work your contracted hours, anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM. This approach helps us maintain great service for our clients while giving you the flexibility to find a schedule that works best for you and your team.
Our interview process is designed to be engaging, transparent, and tailored to the role you’re applying for. Depending on the position, you may experience either a single-stage or two-stage interview, typically held via Teams, though we love to meet candidates in person whenever possible. You’ll connect with one of our hiring managers and either a senior team member or a member of our Executive Board. Throughout your interviews, we’ll explore your skills and technical experience, while giving you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get to know us better. Our aim is to make the process as informative and welcoming as possible, so you feel confident every step of the way.
