Under his leadership, Snap Analytics has become a trusted partner to major enterprises including Premier Foods, St James’s Place, and Vivo Energy.

Tom leads the firm's technology innovation agenda as AI continues to reshape the industry at pace. Tom ensures Snap's delivery frameworks are AI-driven to achieve the best outcomes for clients, while positioning Snap as a defining partner for the technology platforms it works with. He brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation, having led Snap's most complex engagements across Snowflake and Databricks-based platforms. Before co-founding Snap, Tom was part of Deloitte's SAP analytics practice, directing large-scale SAP finance transformation programmes for global enterprises. He has a passion for pushing the boundaries of what clients believe is possible, consistently delivering innovations that surpass expectations and unlock opportunities they hadn't imagined technology could achieve.

Dan brings over 25 years of experience helping organisations turn data, analytics, and AI into measurable business outcomes. He works closely with leadership teams on complex challenges, combining deep technical understanding with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset. He previously co‑founded Bluefin, building on experience from HCL Axon and KPMG; the company grew into a global SAP HANA specialist before being acquired by Mindtree. As a Board Advisor to Snap Analytics, Dan supports strategy and positioning as clients advance from modern data platforms to advanced analytics, next‑generation optimisation, and AI‑driven transformation.

Rahul directs our high‑performing GCC with a focus on technical excellence and delivery. With 19 years of global experience, he integrates deep expertise across cloud technology, AI, and data architecture in fast‑changing global markets with strong domain knowledge in banking and insurance risk, retail, and IT. He has held pivotal roles at organisations such as KPMG New Zealand and SAS, where he delivered complex, large‑scale programmes successfully and sustainably. Rahul now leads the strategic scaling of our India organisation, prioritising technical innovation, capability development, and the creation of a sustainable, high‑growth delivery model built for scale.

He is passionate about coaching and mentoring future project leaders and embedding a culture of innovation and accountability.

His focus spans SAP data architecture, SAP Business Data Cloud, and the effective use of SAP data across modern analytics environments to improve access, governance, and insight. With over 18 years of experience in SAP and data consulting, Wart has delivered complex programmes across the automotive, energy, and financial services sectors, working with customers in the UK, the Netherlands, continental Europe and the United States. He has held senior roles at Capgemini, Bluefin, Mindtree, and Genpact, including account director, delivery director, solution architect, and head of capability. Alongside SAP, he has led analytics delivery with customers using platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.

After a career break to raise her children, she joined Snap as Head of Talent Acquisition. Today, she leads key initiatives across wellbeing, development and engagement to enhance long‑term cultural strength, ensuring people remain at the heart of the organisation.
